[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] Earlier, this Court by order dated 17.11.2023 extended ordinary leave to the convict prisoner for two weeks from 18.11.2023 to 02.12.2023 and directed to list the writ petition for reporting compliance of the order on 04.12.2023.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the convict prisoner has surrendered on 02.12.2023.

3. In view of the above submission, compliance of the order made in WP No.32695 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023 is hereby recorded.
