Crl.M.P.No.17542 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.33183 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to condone the delay of 120 days in representing the above criminal revision in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.33183 of 2019.

Taking into consideration, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 120 days in representing the above criminal revision in Crl.A.Sr.No.6830 of 2019 is hereby condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai, within a week.

On such deposit being made, the Registry is directed to number the above criminal revision in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.33183 of 2019, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
