(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 456 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.V.Vijay Shankar, learned counsel appearing the respondents 1 to 4, 6 to 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18 to 21, 23 and 25 to 27/caveators submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

3. Despite service of notice on the respondents 5, 10, 13, 15, 17, 22 and 24 and their names having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
