This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the instant company appeal under Rule 164 of the company Court rules, 1959.

2. The learned Deputy Official Liquidator appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for ordering this application.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this application is allowed as prayed for.
