O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent and transfer the same to any other investigation agency.

2. The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation mainly on the ground that despite the application has been filed by some of the accused seeking

Anticipatory Bail and the same was dismissed by this Court, no one is examined and no proof summons have been issued to examine the suspected persons. According to him, the respondent Police is not taking any action against the suspected persons.

3. The learned additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that summons will be issued to all the persons and statements would be recorded and if required, custodial interrogation would be made to get the truth into light.

4. Considering the nature and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that no further agency is required to investigate the case. The 2nd respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2023 and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
