Earlier, this Court by an order dated 23.12.2021, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2000/- for the purpose of getting reconnection.

2. Today, when the matter listed for hearing for reporting compliance, learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that, even though he is ready and willing to pay the said sum, the 3rd respondent has refused to receive the same. Hence, he is proposed to send the amount by way of demand draft.

3. Considering the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to pay the amount as directed by this Court on or before 16.03.2022, and the 3rd respondent is directed to receive the same.

4. Post the matter on 23.03.2022 under the caption "For Reporting Compliance".
