Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2024 and constitute the Committee on Fixation of Fee or Board of Management under 4th respondent.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner Association on 05.10.2024 and constitute the Committee on Fixation of Fee or Board of Management under the fourth respondent.

2. Admittedly, the tenure of the Committee expired. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that a new Committee is to be

constituted by the Government. In the absence of any Committee, the members of the petitioner Association are at liberty to approach the Government to redress their grievance. As far as the fee committee or fixation of fee is concerned, it vest with the Government and therefore this Court cannot issue any direction to constitute a Committee, since it is for the Government to take a decision in this regard. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
