When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petition has been filed without crime number and now the FIR has been registered on the complaint given by the defacto complainant.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with crime number.
