Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the two Notifications in Rc.No.AE5/21101/2013 dated 11.11.2019 issued by the respondents, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fill vacancies to the post of Assistant strictly in accordance with Regulation 28 of the TNCSC Employees' Service Regulations and this Hon'ble Court order, dated 10.09.2012, in W.P.No.20065 of 2012.

ORDER
When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the impugned Notification, dated 11.11.2019, issued by the second respondent has been cancelled. He further submitted that this Court, in similar challenge in W.P.No.34904 of 2019, taking note of the said fact of cancellation of the impugned notification, closed the said Writ Petition, as infructuous.
2. Since the challenge in the present Writ Petition is also to the same Notification, which now stands cancelled, cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed, as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.Nos.34177 to 34179 of 2019 are also closed.
