ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already completed two years of Compulsory Rotation Medical Internship (CRMI). Therefore, he submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement. 2/5

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
