[Made by S. M. SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The present contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order dated 05.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.21488 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of proceedings dated 06.06.2025 issued by the District Collector, Uthangarai, wherein it is stated that subject encroachments have been removed.

3. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt petition stands closed.
