This application has been filed to extend the period for completion of the arbitration proceedings in Reference No.A.F.No.70/2018 by a period of 6 months effective from 04.11.2019.

2. The respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In such view of the matter, further six months time is granted to complete the arbitration proceedings from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
