This petition is filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 3 in the place of the deceased petitioner R.Venkataraman in W.P.No.1226 of 2020.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
