C.M.P.Nos.22987, 22989 and 22991, 23015. 23019 and 23027 of 2022 in S.A.No.640 of 2002 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed for the following reliefs:- i. To condone the delay of 143 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the 5th appellant in SA.No.640 of 2002 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

ii. To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th appellant in SA.No.640 of 2002 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. iii. To bring on record the petitioners 19 to 21 as the legal heirs of the 5th appellant and rank them as proposed appellants 19 to 21 in SA.No.640 of 2002 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. iv. To condone the delay of 143 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the 6th appellant in SA.No.640 of 2002 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

v. To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 6th appellant in SA.No.640 of 2002 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. vi. To bring on record the petitioners 22 to 25 as the legal heirs of the 6th appellant and rank them as proposed appellants 22 to 25 in SA.No.640 of 2002 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. Considering the fact that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the petitions being ordered, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
