W.M.P.No.34185 of 2022 in W.P.No.34768 of 2022 W.M.P.No.34185 of 2022 in W.P.No.34768 of 2022 M.SUNDAR, J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to permit ten writ petitioners to file a single writ petition.

2. Mr.K.R.Tamilmani, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that a 'public auction notification dated 12.11.2022 issued by fourth respondent' has been called in question. Learned counsel submits that the ten writ petitioners are A Class members of the third respondent Society. It is also to be noted that the prayer is common and the writ petitioners have also paid separate Court fee.

3. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
