W.M.P.No.34186 of 2022 in W.P.No.34768 of 2022 M.SUNDAR, J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to dispense with production of original of 'a selection list of respondents 5 to 18 as successful bidders for the Shop Nos.1 to 14 of the fourth respondent and the notification published in Tamil Daily newspaper on 12.11.2022 which has been called in question in the main writ petition' {hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity}.
2. Mr.K.R.Tamilmani, learned counsel for writ petitioners adverting to support affidavit attempted to buttress the prayer but there are no averments in this regard in the support affidavit. In the days to come, such dispense with prayer without supporting averments may have to meet negative consequences, with this caveat making an exception, submission of learned counsel for petitioners that photocopies of the selection list and the notification published in Tamil Daily newspaper on 12.11.2022 have been produced as petitioners could not lay their hands on original is accepted and dispense with prayer is acceded to. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
