This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct a detail enquiry based on the representation made by the petitioner on 08.05.2017 within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner was considered and accordingly, rejected by order dated 15.09.2025 of the first respondent.
