ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to dispose of the petitioners representation dated 17.08.2017.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he made a representation before the official respondents for survey the land and fix boundaries and the same is not considered and hence, the present writ petition has filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered after payment of necessary payment and production of challan.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to pay the fee for survey the land and produce the challan before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the same, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, thereafter, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the private respondents.
