2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.

This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. 4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
