These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of 1st respondent and ranked them as proposed respondents 19 to 28 in the above Second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable by 27.08.2024.

5. Post the case on 27.08.2024.
