Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that subsequently, investigation of the case in Crime No.394 of 2019 registered on the file of Kotturpuram Police Station, which pertains to the alleged suicide of Ms.Fathima Lathiff, a student of IIT, Madras, has been transferred to the file of the Central Bureau of Investigation and would also invite the attention of this Court to the status report dated 22.1.2020 filed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime against Women and Children, Greater Chennai Police.

2. Recording and taking on file the status report dated 22.1.2020, no further orders are necessary.
