are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The petitioner/Mr.W.V.Rajendra Prasad in Crl.R.C.No.01 of 2023 accused in C.C.No.334 of 2014 agreed to settle a property including the pathway equivalent to the amount of Rs.2 Crore 80 Lakhs (equivalent value of properties 4 grounds) with the consent of the appellant's cobrother to be settled to the respondent company along with including the cost of the registration charges, within a period of 45 days.

2. Both the parties and their respective counsel are present.

3. The Authorised Signatory of the company is present today and agrees for the above terms of settlement.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Criminal Revision is disposed of.
