The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2017.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Ms. A. Mathumathi, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2017. has already been considered and disposed of by the 3rd respondent on 06.04.2018, whereby the 3rd respondent rejected the prayer sought for in the representation.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, I do not find any reason to pass any further order in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
