The prayer in this writ petition is for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in relation to communication in Na.Ka.203/2017 dated 18.05.2017 and quash the same and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to provide the writ petitioner an application form for crop loan and on submission of the same to process the same & sanction the loan amount in the light of Clause 20 of the Annexure appended to the GO(MS) No.59 Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection(CC1) Department dated 28.06.2016.

2. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned counsel for the respondent states that pursuant to the filing of this writ petition the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's application for sanction of crop loan has been scrutinized and the loan has been sanctioned.

3. Mr.M.R.Thangavel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner confirms this position. This Writ Petition is closed recording the aforesaid statement.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner urges this Court to direct the respondents to consider the application for sanction of crop loan for the subsequent periods. I am not inclined to consider or grant the said request as it is for the petitioner to apply for the loan and for the respondent to consider the same in accordance with law if and when such application is filed.

5. This writ petition is closed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
