O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.11.2019 made by the petitioner and to pass orders.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had participated in the Group - 4 selection conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. The grievance of the petitioner is that some of the questions that were asked during the written https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

examination contained many errors. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent seeking for revaluation. Since the same has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court.

3. The petitioner in order to seek for revaluation has to first satisfy that such a right is available under notification. The notification has not been filed before this Court and except for the representation, there are no other materials that have been placed before this Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
