ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2 nd respondent to conduct a fair investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.1170 of 2023 on the file of the 2 nd respondent police as contemplated under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C. within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the investigation already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur, on 21.01.2025 vide Ref. 2/4
No.LTN20230001730/C202500011 and therefore there is nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.
