, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 152 days in filing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Since the respondents six and seven remained absent before the Tribunal and were set exparte, issuance of notice to the respondents six and seven are dispensed with.

3.Though notice was served on the respondents 5, 8, 9 and 10 and their names were also printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf.

4.Mr.V.Vijayakumar, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the respondents 2 and 3 and did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

5.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 152 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

6.Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.V.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 in the cause list.

7. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
