This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14069 of in Crl.O.P.No.12931 of 2023 dated 21.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.
