The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Proceedings No. Na. Ka. 28523/ 2016/A1 dated 29.09.2017 passed by the First Respondent and to consequently permit the Petitioner to retire from service in terms of his application dated 07.11.2016 under Voluntary Retirement Scheme with all attendant benefits. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents submit that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the First Respondent by Order No. Na. Ka. 28523/2018/A1 dated 18.07.2018 has granted the relief sought by the Petitioner and and its copy has been produced before this Court. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
