This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24074 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023 on condition that: 'the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required and the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 08.12.2023 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
