Crl.M.P.No.19655 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25931 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner that he shall report before the Nagapattinam Police Station daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25931 of 2022 order dated 20.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
