Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records of the first respondent's communication in R.O.C.No.2409/2022 dated 06.12.2022, quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to practice as an Advocate in any court of law, tribunals, etc. pending disposal of the disciplinary proceedings. [Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an application before the Disciplinary Committee challenging the impugned order passed against the petitioner. He also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect. 2/4

Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. On filing such application by the petitioner, the Disciplinary Committee shall consider the same and pass orders on merits. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
