The above Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer HMOP No.114 of 2022, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ponneri, to the I Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

3. It is informed that an application filed by the petitioner/wife for setting aside the ex parte order passed in HMOP.No.114 of 2022 is posted for judgement on 05.06.2025. Therefore, the transfer cannot be ordered till such time as the ex parte order is set aside.

4. In the light of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner/wife to file a fresh petition for transfer as and when the ex parte order in HMOP.No.114 of 2022 is set aside. No costs.
