This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.06.2022 of the respondent thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner to write improvement examination.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused all the materials placed before this Court. 3.
On perusal of records, it is revealed that the petitioner had joined, through distance education, B.Com degree during the year 1998-2001 and secured 43 % marks. However, in order to pursue his post graduation degree, his eligibility is 50%. Therefore, the petitioner submitted application to write improvement examination. He was issued hall ticket. It is seen that he was wrongly issued hall ticket since the petitioner failed to mention that he was going to write the examinations for improvement. Subsequently, the petitioner was not allowed to write improvement examinations since it not permissible under the statute and the regulations. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order. As such, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 2/4

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
