ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the first respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.30644 of 2022 dated 23.06.2023 has been complied with and the family pension has also been sanctioned together with the arrears. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents may not be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is closed.
