The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has forwarded a letter dated 11.01.2023 to the Registry stating that the petitioners had instructed them to withdraw the writ petition and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the letter addressed to the Registry and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
