O R D E R

The Petitioner, who is residing in Chennai, has come up with this Petition seeking transfer of M.O.P.No.9 of 2017 from the file of the Family Court at Puducherry to the file of the District Court at Thiruvallur, on the ground that she cannot travel all the way to Puducherry along with her child.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel on either side have no objection for transfer of the proceedings in M.O.P.No.9 of 2017 from the file of the Family Court at Puducherry to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.

3. In view of the above, the proceedings in M.O.P.No.9 of 2017 is transferred from the file of the Family Court at Puducherry to the file of the Family Court at Chennai.

4. The Family Court at Chennai, is expected to conclude the trial in M.O.P.No.9 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 45 working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.

No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.27554 of 2019 is closed.
