This petition has been filed to modify the condition already granted in Crl.O.P.No.20428 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as imposed by this Court.
3. This Court, by an order dated 01.12.2022, dismissed the petition for the reason that this Court finds no ground to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. However, this Court extended the time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20428 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022 shall stands automatically cancelled. Even then the petitioner failed to comply with the said condition and seeking modification.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstance, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20428 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022.
5. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. 09.01.2023 ata https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
