A.No.6619 of 2023 in C.S.DR.No.148269 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking leave to sue the 4th defendant before this Court as substantial part of the cause of action for the suit, has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed for damages on account of certain news report tele-casted from the office of the defendants. Though the news report was circulated in Chennai, the fourth defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, however, considering the fact that the alleged news report is circulated in Chennai and the fourth defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
