ORDER

The matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" today i.e. on 04.02.2020. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. This Court by its earlier order dated 17.12.2019 recorded the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he reports no instruction in this matter. Thereafter, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner on the next hearing date i.e. on 07.01.2020, 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

but the Registry had not printed the name of the petitioner. Once again, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner. Accordingly, Registry has printed the name of the petitioner on the earlier hearing date i.e. on 31.01.2020. Even on 31.01.2020, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and hence, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" today i.e. on 04.02.2020. Today also, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
