O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2022 made for paying compensation amount to the members of the petitioner's association / and other agriculturists belonging to Karaikkal District and Puducherry State for the affected paddy crops for the year 2019-2010 and 2020-2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the Government of Puducherry furnished the copy of the order passed by the Director of Agriculture in proceedings No.7780/Agri/Dte/CIC/2023-24 dated 19.07.2023.

3. Since the representation submitted by the petitioner was considered and the order was passed, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exists as of now. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the

present writ petition.
