O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's premises was put on lock and seal by the respondents 1 and 2/Corporation of Coimbatore without issuing any notice to the petitioner. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Government and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission as well as the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Government for filing appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such appeal is filed, the Government is directed to dispose the same as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
