ORDER
I heard Ms.D.Bharathy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms.Vadivu, learned counsel for Mr.Vigneshwaran, for the first respondent, Mr.Alagu Gowtham, for the second respondent and Mr.M.Shajahan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the third respondent.
2. The petitioner has preferred an Appeal before the first respondent as against the order of the second respondent. His grievance is though he had made representations stating that the Appeal is pending for more than 2/5
one year, there has been no response. Hence he approached the third respondent again for information. Even then, he was not benefited with any information. Hence this Writ Petition for the aforesaid relief.
3. When the matter was taken up for admission Ms.V.Vadivu, representing Mr.Vignesh, stated that the Second Appeal before the first respondent has been taken on file as SA No.8931 of 2024 and the same is pending consideration. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, the first respondent requested to give priority, in case, it is open to it.
4. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
