This petition is filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the above Appeal.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that no relief is sought for against the respondents 1 and 2 and hence, no notice is necessary for the respondents 1 and 2. Accordingly, notice to the respondents 1 and 2 is dispensed with.
3.Mr.T.K.Premkumar, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the 3rd respondent has no objection to allow this petition.
4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, the delay 80 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
