This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.27646 of 2022 on 14.11.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the first petitioner is not appeared and signed before the respondent police even one day. He further submitted that the other two petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly as imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the second and third petitioners is totally relaxed as far as the first petitioner is concerned the criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. However, the second and third petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
