This petition is filed to condone the delay of 272 days in representing the above revision.

2.Mr.K.V.Muthuvisakan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent strongly objects to the filing of the revision stating that civil case has been given criminal colour and a case has been initiated against the petitioner.

3.The contention of the respondent can be considered at the time of admission of the revision. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
