The petitioners herein seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.31 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 506(ii) and 294(b) IPC.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners stated that they have been falsely implicated as accused in this case. Apprehending arrest from the respondent police, he seeks bail to the petitioners.

3.The petitioners had already been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.10196 of 2023 by an order dated 28.04.2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.It is stated that the petitioners had not complied with the conditions therein.

gd 4.Therefore, the respondent are at liberty to register fresh First Information Report under Section 229 A IPC for non-compliance of the said order. The second anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
