Mr.Nithyaesh Natraj, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that though an order of interim stay is in force, the learned trial judge is insisting upon the personal appearance of the petitioners. Hence, he prayed that the appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court may be dispensed with.
