in W.P.No.34471 of 2022 M.SUNDAR, J., This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'].
2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of an 'order dated 22.06.2022 bearing reference GSTIN : 33AAPFV2954F2ZX/2018-19' made by lone respondent [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity].
3. Mr.T.R.Ramesh, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.
4. Adverting to support affidavit and more particularly, paragraph No.10 thereat, learned counsel submits that the impugned order was uploaded in the portal and no hard copy was served on the writ petitioner. However, photocopy of the impugned order has been filed. Learned Page Nos.1/3
counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph No.10 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:
'10. I state that the impugned order was uploaded in the Portal and no hard copy was served on the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is filing copy of the order uploaded in the Portal. Hence, the petitioner respectfully craves leave of this Hon'ble Court to dispense with the production of original impugned order.'
5. The above reason cannot but be accepted qua dispense with prayer in captioned WMP.
6. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. 23.12.2022 (1/2) mk Page Nos.2/3
