The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 08.08.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 419, 468, 109 read with 471 of IPC in C.C.No.636 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate - II, 1/4

Erode, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner involved in conspiracy, cheating and forgery of records. Hence the case. 3.It is the case of jumped bail. Originally, the petitioner was released on bail. Subsequently, he appeared before the trial Court in C.C.No.636 of 2019. It had been stated that he failed to appear before the trial Court on 07.03.2023 and on the same day NBW was issued and on execution of the same, the petitioner was arrested on 08.08.2025. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the case is now posted for arguments. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 23.09.2025 smv 2/4
